I just changed my profile skin to one of MISHMAROO designs. All is fine, showing up on my profile but I don't know where to paste the graphic (which I uploaded it to my own server).
Also is there a way I can insert a music file such as this

Does it matter if it's a mid or a wav file?

I did that deliberately because I preferred it this way (with the two combined)
