We've been very quiet over here as you can see, but in actual fact we've been beavering about behind the scenes with some major updates to the website.
We have a total redesign and overhaul on the way. Currently we use a CMS called e107, but we've set up several import scripts to move our data to a joomla CMS. I say we - but this is 99% Chris's time and effort. As our e107 set up was extremely customised, he had to create modules to work the same way in joomla, and then he had to script the import process to bring over all of our data. All I did was pretty it up a bit.
We can't launch this until we iron the bugs out, and unfortunately there are a few of those! But on the current site we're pleased to remind you that we now have 81 yuku skins. Many of these are ezboard themes converted over. There are also 6 yuku profile skins.
And for those ezboard themes that haven't been converted yet - just let us know if you see a theme that you'd love to use as a skin and someone will convert it for you.
You can use our image hosting with yuku too, if you've got an ezdesign hosting package for your ezboard you can have that transferred to your yuku board. And you can even host it for your profile page on yuku.
I can't promise when the new look will launch, but I am really excited about it. :)
