Yuku free message boards

It won't work in safe mode. When I try to start it in safe mode I see the microsoft windows screen but it won't go beyond that. It's the win98 one that crashed. I have all of my yuku bookmarks retrieved now and I found a way to check my emails through usadatanet webmail service, but my outlook won't work. When I click on it it says that I am currently off line, but I'm not.

It's not the end of the world, but I'll admit that my second book is not backed up anywhere, not even the rough drafts. I haven't posted anything on line for that book because of copyrights. I write in word and never on paper. Yes I had planned on emailing the pages to myself to have them somewhere safe but never got around to doing it. It's okay, maybe it was meant to be and maybe the next writings coming out of my brain will be of better quality.I'd much rather see my computer crash than seeing one of my friends crash. Everything is relative..

Oh I just ordered a laptop, at least I'll have a backup again.

I had hooked up my crashed computer to the little monitor.Yesterday and today I tried several times to get it to start, no such luck. So tonight, I was on my other computer trying to reconstruct the storyline I had set up for a ballade supreme I had been working on (now lost on my crashed computer). It wasn't going too well so I got up to make myself a cup of tea. I accidentally hit the tower of my crashed computer with my foot because the tower is on the floor next to my foot. I must have hit the 'on' button because the computer got started. After I was done making tea, I saw on the monitor some stuff, and it asked me if I wanted to start in safe mode. I selected the number for safe mode and sure enough it loaded all the way. I could see my desktop but my icons on the desktop were all over the place, not where they usually are. Really excited now I clicked on my documents and selected the ballade supreme I had been working on. Of all my stuff I have written, if I could save one thing it would be just that. Since I had my printer unhooked, I quickly opened a wordpad on my other computer and started to type as fast as I could to get the ballade across from one computer to another. Just as I was writing the very last bit of it my computer crashed again, blue screen, and then a black screen. Nothing.. of course with a black screen there is no way to turn the computer off. So I did the most idiotic thing I have ever done in my entire life. I switched off the power strip to cut the power. But both my computers are hooked up to the same strip, so I turned both computers off at once and the ballade I had typed so quickly was lost again. Can you say dumb?

maybe it is sharp in you memory.

No it's not. I was tired and in a hurry, having 200 things run through my head at once, already thinking about the next thing I was going to save.

Oh and I have tons of real notebooks. All colours and sizes. I never go anywhere without a notebook and a pen (except in the shower). But once I have transferred my notes to the computer I throw them away.
